I am moving out of Oak Ford and would highly recommend Myakka Communications for there service and knowledge. I have been living in Oak Ford for 20 years and at one time or another I have had just about every member of there team at my house for sevice one time or another, There work is superb! The men are polite and and extremely helpful. Theyknow there technology. They have even helped set up my computer. They get the work done correctly and make sure you are happy with there service.

We live in Saddle Creek and were fortunate to have Myakka Communications provide fiber optics to our area. Charles Matson is the most concerned, kindest person I have ever had dealings with in the market place. He is more than generous and problems are dealt with immediately. I cannot rate this company highly enough. If you have opportunity to do business with them you are very fortunate.

Although you pay more than in town due to being in a rural area where the density is low, in return you get excellent prompt service from a local company and not a big conglomerate that has no idea who you are or don't even care. When we lived in town, if our internet was out, it was difficult to get anyone on the phone and it would take days and weeks to get anyone out to service your home. We have been using Myakka tech for over 10 years and we have always had good service from the nicest people ever. I'm willing to pay more for prompt, good service. My husband and I use our internet for business and it's important for us to have good, reliable service.

My service is excellent. I have zero issues live streaming movies and video or uploading anything. If the power goes out my internet is up within a minute of the power coming back on. Yes, as one other reviewer pointed out, it is a little more pricier than IF I had one of the larger providers, but guess what? The large providers refuse to bring us service! I have been in their service area for 17 years and we still are not in their 25 year provider plan. In addition, from what I'm told Verizon and Brighthouse are horrible to their customers. Myakka Communications not only brought great quality, high speed, fiber optic internet to us when they didn't need to they also have outstanding customer service with people you know on a first name basis, now that's personal service. Even if Verizon or Brighthouse finally decided to bring their service to me I would still stay with Myakka Communications. Keep up the awesome work Myakka Wireless and thank you for all that you do!!

Both sides of the install team were awesome. Evan made sure all aspects of burying the cable were done perfectly. All of my questions were answered promptly. The speed of the internet is lightning fast. It far exceeds the DSL from Frontier/Verizon. I looked into satellite internet and discovered slow speeds and a heavy price tag for what is offered. We have no problem running multiple streaming devices at once with the entertainment package, and that package may even be overkill for what we use. I couldn't be happier. I was concerned about them burying the cable at first due to the logistics of it. Should never have worried, Evan did an awesome job and was very professional. Customer service is prompt and no B.S. I call them and they answer. No horrible touch tone menu that takes you 10 minutes to get to a human being. If you live out this way and want fast internet, it's here. These guys are doing it right.

I just spend about 1/2 hr on the phone with Charlie, who patiently worked me through a money saving solution to my problem. The guy could not have been more helpful or more patient. When I called, he answered the phone after a few rings with no automated message or "choose this menu" or any of the normal frustrating process you usually go through to get a live person on the line. We have found their service to be great and all their people to be top notch. You will not becoming a customer of Myakka Communications

We have been customers with Myakka Communications for years and the high-speed internet is awesome. But what really is awesome is the people there. They are an amazing group of people - can't say enough about their quality of service!
