I just spend about 1/2 hr on the phone with Charlie, who patiently worked me through a money saving solution to my problem. The guy could not have been more helpful or more patient. When I called, he answered the phone after a few rings with no automated message or "choose this menu" or any of the normal frustrating process you usually go through to get a live person on the line. We have found their service to be great and all their people to be top notch. You will not becoming a customer of Myakka Communications
