While serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of King Koil, a global bedding brand, I conducted an extensive search for creative agency partners that could help focus and energize our marketing efforts. I chose namewell for many reasons but mainly because of their understanding of the critical challenges we were facing in the United States given rapid consolidation among bedding producers and retailers, and because from our first meeting, they led us rather than waiting for us to tell them what to do.
