I have been a customer of nationwide for a few years and the agency has always been great until they let go of their most valuable employee. Stephen always took care of me and always got back to me within a timely manner. NOW I have to deal with this agency not answering the phones, not returning phone calls and when asking for a quote you have to call back 5 days later to see if they got it together yet. After repeating all of the things I need again Anita then calls me back and gives me an outrageous estimate and then proceeds to tell me that maybe I should go to Farm Bureau for a quote...Well I wasn't expecting that. I would fire my employees immediately if they told my customers to go somewhere else. I have a very busy life I do not have time to go and start all over with someone else but it looks like I should. Clark Farley maybe you should re-evaluate your loyalty from your employees before they lose more of your business.
