McMillan Insurance Agency is absolutely amazing!! I spoke with Lester and he assisted with setting things up for my home insurance policy. Buying my first home was stressful at times but dealing with Lester at McMillan Insurance Agency made that portion completely stress free. The team is extremely knowledgeable, professional and break things down very easily. Lester took a hands on approach and handled everything from beginning to end to make sure i was comfortable and understanding of everything going on. I loved working with this team and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with this agency!! I have sent numerous friends and they all have expressed their appreciation with working with McMillan Insurance.

I originally set up my policy through their 1-800 number, which means I had all my documents emailed to me to be docu-signed. After having my policy for over a month (almost 2) I was called and asked to sign more paperwork. They emailed it to me and I signed it. Somehow after calling me for 1 missing document, there were still more missing documents that needed signed. However, they did not bother to call me and let me know they were missing. Instead they increased my rate from $114 to over $160 without telling me (thankfully I checked my app). So I went in to this specific agency to get it all resolved. Lester McMillian sat down with me and fixed everything. He made numerous phone calls to try to track down the missing paper work, printed off documents to be signed and sent out to be sure there was no losing them again, and even got my boyfriends information to set him up a quote. He's a very hard working insurance agent and did everything to fix my issues with the missing documents and sudden premium increase. I would 100% recommend him to anyone having issues with their policy.

They are treble I been with them for few months then I moved to other city but they didn't say anything until the last month they sent me bill which is increased by more than 400%So I canceled it but they said still I should pay it I will never recommend them
