I originally set up my policy through their 1-800 number, which means I had all my documents emailed to me to be docu-signed. After having my policy for over a month (almost 2) I was called and asked to sign more paperwork. They emailed it to me and I signed it. Somehow after calling me for 1 missing document, there were still more missing documents that needed signed. However, they did not bother to call me and let me know they were missing. Instead they increased my rate from $114 to over $160 without telling me (thankfully I checked my app). So I went in to this specific agency to get it all resolved. Lester McMillian sat down with me and fixed everything. He made numerous phone calls to try to track down the missing paper work, printed off documents to be signed and sent out to be sure there was no losing them again, and even got my boyfriends information to set him up a quote. He's a very hard working insurance agent and did everything to fix my issues with the missing documents and sudden premium increase. I would 100% recommend him to anyone having issues with their policy.
