This clinic is a joke. There is never any availability, they are habitually understaffed, and their receptionists are rude. I've never been able to get in to see my PCM the entire time I've lived here. I'm pregnant. Got a fever. When the fever got high enough, I called the on-call number. My OB says to see my PCM. So I call to get an appointment and the rude receptionist tells me to see my OB. Well my OB (the one who is a medical professional) said to see my PCM. "Well I don't have anything today." Of course you don't. Your clinic is a joke. Just switch out.
