Bundle with NewWave is better and cheaper than AT&T. Cable, phone, and internet. Have no problems! Always helpful. Wouldn't go back to my old high priced internet and phone company. I highly recommend.

as a previous technical person that an internet service provider I can say that NeWWave communications is a really good company they have been really reliable and they've had their ups and downs but they work quickly to resolve their issues.

Why are y’all prices so high for internet? If you’re going to have gigantic prices, have gigantic data packages. Y’all are crazy! 150.00 for just internet? Unbelievable.

Absolutely terrible policies and customer service. They are very difficult to work with and way over priced. I have had service for almost 2 years and every single time I have to call their customer service line I am frustrated and disappoint when I hang up. I called to cancel service, but they will not allow me to do that. I have to go into a location and give them a reason as to why I want to cancel. I understand I have to return the equipment, but they will not even allow me to mail it in or have someone drop it off for me. I have to miss work to take the equipment in. It's so sad that companies are like that.

if you let them run your full credit report and have decent credit when you go to order the 100.0 mbps internet alone nothing else it can signifigantly drop your bill down to as low as 60 a month. ( so your paying a 50 mbps speed price yet geting 100.0 mbps speed plan but you have to ask them to do it for you or they wont.

This place is like a concentration camp... The owners could careless about family. They are not family oriented... That's what happens when you have money.. They don't care or respect their employees.

Each monthly bill with New Wave goes up without notice. Looking for another provider. I would not recommend this Company.
