Absolutely terrible policies and customer service. They are very difficult to work with and way over priced. I have had service for almost 2 years and every single time I have to call their customer service line I am frustrated and disappoint when I hang up. I called to cancel service, but they will not allow me to do that. I have to go into a location and give them a reason as to why I want to cancel. I understand I have to return the equipment, but they will not even allow me to mail it in or have someone drop it off for me. I have to miss work to take the equipment in. It's so sad that companies are like that.
