Went here knowing about the negative reviews, and had the MOST pleasant experience. The "mean old lady with the lazy eye" is the most delightful person ihave ever met. She helped me register my new 71 Chevelle and helped me turn in a plate for a 52 Chevy Truck. Then the woman in the window next to her, even offered to take a generator to my family in Fayetteville as she was driving that way anyway. God bless the ladies there....

An hour wait because Spectum had their internet down. Went quickly after the system came on line. Professional and courtesy staff.

Went there twice this week to get registration renewed, alot of people there over an hour wait this place sucks don't go there unless you have time to waste at least an hour or more.

Directions to their office are wrong. Staff is incredibly rude and not helpful - don't try to deal with the mean old lady with the lazy eye whatever you do. Went there trying to transfer my tag & title from another state and she treated me like I was a criminal. $52 for a title fee? $36 just for a standard plate?! The license plate office in Greensboro only charges $7 for a standard plate, so how is it this office is allowed to price gouge? Then they ask for all these additional items for your car title (even if you lease your vehicle), and don't bother to tell you that you can opt out of the property tax at time of registration & that you can pay it in 60 days. Also, they charge $250 for "Highway Use Tax"?!? Seen the condition of the roads around here lately? RIP OFF! Avoid this place at all costs and go to another location! These people are straight up CROOKS with a nasty attitude to boot!

The directions weren't clear enough the map had me going in the opposite direction. I had to call the number only yo find out that they were located behind a resturant , arrived at 5:00 o'clock and the gentleman wouldnt let me in.

OK so this review is only about how nasty this place is inside. I mean look at the carpet. It was filled with dirt and there was dust on everything. The staff is nice and yes its in a nice building but oh my is it clean? & The ans to that is !!!!!!NOPESSSS

Every time I come here even if there is a lot of people waiting, the wait is never very long. The employees have always been very nice and helpful to me. I have never had any problems at this office.

Super rude and unprofessional people. The man there is nice and helpful but everyone else is a nightmare to deal with. Go anywhere else if possible.
