Directions to their office are wrong. Staff is incredibly rude and not helpful - don't try to deal with the mean old lady with the lazy eye whatever you do. Went there trying to transfer my tag & title from another state and she treated me like I was a criminal. $52 for a title fee? $36 just for a standard plate?! The license plate office in Greensboro only charges $7 for a standard plate, so how is it this office is allowed to price gouge? Then they ask for all these additional items for your car title (even if you lease your vehicle), and don't bother to tell you that you can opt out of the property tax at time of registration & that you can pay it in 60 days. Also, they charge $250 for "Highway Use Tax"?!? Seen the condition of the roads around here lately? RIP OFF! Avoid this place at all costs and go to another location! These people are straight up CROOKS with a nasty attitude to boot!
