This was my first job when I was 24 y/o out of college. That was 10 years ago. It's a learning experience like no other. There's a future, but you must truly apply yourself to the development. If you don't, it will be a learning experience only. The guys and gals that apply themselves will end up with skills well beyond their peers who took different paths. I will strongly encourage my kids to do it when the time comes. Some things can't be learned in a classroom.
