This was my first job when I was 24 y/o out of college. That was 10 years ago. It's a learning experience like no other. There's a future, but you must truly apply yourself to the development. If you don't, it will be a learning experience only. The guys and gals that apply themselves will end up with skills well beyond their peers who took different paths. I will strongly encourage my kids to do it when the time comes. Some things can't be learned in a classroom.

Since everyone here works for them and have no choice but to speak about the good, let me be the first to tell you the truth. This company is nothing more than a business to business/door to door sales job. Teribnle leadership skills at all levels. No real management training whatsoever. I lasted probably a week before I saw what it really was. They waste your time every morning with the same boring pep talk about there worthless selling process, instead of getting there and grabbing you equipment and hitting the sales early. No structure and there view of leadership is a complete joke. If you're even thinking about considering this as a job prepare yourself for a lot of gimmicks and false hopes. If you enjoy sales and them sending you all over the place to sell whatever campaign they're on, this job is for you. Also the pay is 100% commission. My suggestion to job seekers is to avoid this company at all cost. All they care about is you slaving yourself away for there profit. Nothing more than a pyramid scheme.

I love working at 5 North, Inc! Everyday, we work hard to help people develop personally and professionally. I've found that there is a direct relationship between how much I help other people develop, and how much I am personally developing myself. We focus on our goals, and we are motivated to hit them together. Our clients continue to give us new business because of our professionalism and our follow through on our sales targets. Also, recently, we have raised over $5,000 for Operation Smile!!! It is great to work with focused and motivated individuals on a daily basis.
