Since everyone here works for them and have no choice but to speak about the good, let me be the first to tell you the truth. This company is nothing more than a business to business/door to door sales job. Teribnle leadership skills at all levels. No real management training whatsoever. I lasted probably a week before I saw what it really was. They waste your time every morning with the same boring pep talk about there worthless selling process, instead of getting there and grabbing you equipment and hitting the sales early. No structure and there view of leadership is a complete joke. If you're even thinking about considering this as a job prepare yourself for a lot of gimmicks and false hopes. If you enjoy sales and them sending you all over the place to sell whatever campaign they're on, this job is for you. Also the pay is 100% commission. My suggestion to job seekers is to avoid this company at all cost. All they care about is you slaving yourself away for there profit. Nothing more than a pyramid scheme.
