I am disgusted with their service. Because their system wouldn't allow me to do it online, I sent an email to their email address; as advised, 2 weeks ago applying for a single person council tax discount. I sent a followup email a week ago and called up again today. I was told that they haven't received my email and questioned as to whether I actually sent it!I was told to make a written statement and physically take it in! They are getting simple things wrong!
