I've always had very good service when I've phoned the council. Always been treated with respect. The recycling service is getting better, maybe they have a new man on my round as previously if it's not on the curb they won't take it. Mine was on my driveway one time, near the curb and they still took it which I was grateful for as there was a lot of it. I take my hat off to them, I can only imagine it's a very tough job.
