Nutrisystem worked for me until I learned I couldn’t eat the food (have to be gluten and dairy free ?). The materials were easy to use and the counselors were great when I needed someone to talk to to make sure I was doing it right. I’m only sad that they got rid of the peppermint cookie patty! That was my FAVE! But thanks Nutrisystem! This program helped me to learn balanced nutrition (gotta love those powerfuels and smartcarbs!) and portions. And I LOVE that frozen food is more affordable now too! I actually miss some of those lunches!

As I can see from many other reviews, their customer service reps need ALOT of work! I placed my order with a few coupons figuring that it was a good way to try the program. Once I found out that if you don't place the second order they charge you all the money you saved, I opted to return the order. I packaged it up and sent it back via FedEx. A week later and nothing from them so I call. The rep (Alexa) said they never received it. I told her that FedEx says differently and I offer to send her the notification from FedEx. She says no, they didn't receive it and that's that. I ask to speak with a supervisor and she says no. Wth?! Anyway, after 5 minutes of asking to speak to someone she puts me on hold and when she returns she says even though they didn't receive my items (they did- unless the FedEx confirmation is a lie) they would refund me anyway. I then e-mailed them just to check because after arguing with the rep I didn't quite trust her. The e-mail states that it can take up to two billing cycles for you to receive the refund??!?! You took my money instantly but it can take two billing cycles?! This company's customer service practices need a lot of work. Now, I'm even hesitant to place an à la carte order. I don't trust them to deal with any problems or to charge the price that it might seem to be before you read the small print. I don't trust them and I can't deal with a company that I don't trust.

Thank you Nutrisystem! The 35 pounds you helped me lose are fantastic, however, my new relationship with food, health, and exercise is what I am most grateful for. The portion control principles and the opportunity to practice using my own foods has set me up for a lifetime of health and success. Losing weight is fun, but in the end it is just a number. My life has been changed because of Nutrisystem. I am now healthy, confident in myself, and motivated to be the best me that I can be. There is no better investment for my money than my health and happiness! Oh and the food is delicious by the way! Thank you!

Good luck with the web site, chat and your order. They charged an order to a debit card number that I had taken out of the computer system a week before. Is that legal? Also, Don't use the 'chat' on their website it's useless. They always tell you they can't answer and you have to call anyway.

I cannot say enough about the ways Nutrisystem has changed my life for the better. I LOST 30 POUNDS IN 3 MONTHS and have never felt better. I've also kept the weight off for 2 years!!! From the moment the food arrived at my door, I was super excited to start my weight loss journey. The color-coded food made it so easy to organize and it all looked sooooo mouth-watering delicious. Nutrisystem taught me how to eat properly with delicious, portion-sized meals that filled my belly and keep me feeling full. I lost 4.5 lbs in the very first week! The foods you CRAVE are all on this plan. You will enjoy foods like pizza, pasta, soups, popcorn, chocolate muffins, mac & cheese, and chocolate covered pretzels. The list goes on and on! Just wait until you try the shakes . . .Best I've ever had! Nutrisystem never leaves you hanging. The employees, staff, and customer reps are always there to answer your calls, give advice, and process/change your order. You can also link up with Nutrisystem's many social media pages to see other success stories and share tips, tricks and delicious recipes. Since losing the weight, my energy has skyrocketed and now I can join my kids/husband on a bike ride, boogie boarding, zip-lining, kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding without slowing them down. I've tried other weight loss plans with absolutely no success. I am proud to say that Nutrisystem is a confidence booster. I not only look good on the outside, but I feel GREAT on the inside. I am so thankful for Nutrisystem and for all the ways it has made me a happier, healthier person. I am forever grateful. -Laura A.

I lost 40 lbs. I should end my review there. But let that set in for a minute 40 POUNDS. Both of my parents are diabetic, and I am a Thyroid Cancer survivor. If I didn't make a change I saw where my future was headed. I needed a road map and Nutrisystem gave me that. I truly needed someone to tell me what to do because I was lost. It sounds silly, because I am in control of things all day long at my job and and home with my kids. But nothing was working! Everyone tells you that they have the answer, but the tip just didn't work for me. What DID work, was a box of color coded food that was delivered to my door step. I ate the food and I lost the weight. Period. Im not a gym rat so I didn't work out, I just ate the food that they told me to eat. I added some red pepper flakes or garlic salt on some things, others I added a salad. But the truth is, this box of food saved me from years of insulin, poor health, and long black shorts at the beach. Nutrisystem works!

The program works if you stick too it , however their very deceptive when it comes to charges. I did one month of the plan and on the second month I took advantage of a 40% off ala cart ordering. When I went to cancel after the second month I was told there is a cancelation fee because I only made one order. They told me the second order doesn't count because it wasn't one of the plan ones. I am in the middle of disputing the $125 cancelation charge with my credit card company and if I don't get refunded I will be closing that credit card too. Do not order from this company its slimy

Nutrisystem is one the best choices I have ever made. The food is delicious, easy to follow plan, no starvation and never feel deprived of my favorite foods.I lost 50 lbs on Nutrisystem. The food has always been delivered to me fresh! Loosing weight on Nutrisystem is so easy! On top of it all, friendly customer service and weight counselors are always there to help me through. I cannot say enough about this product, this product has literally changed my life!! I wasn't sure at first whether or not this would work, but I called Nutrisytem and spoke to Brian. He walked me thru the entire program and what to expect. My first shipment arrived and the first thing I noticed was how much food there was. I thought I would basically be starving myself. The food is FANTASTIC!! It is easily labeled as Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack or Dessert. They have so many options that there is something for everyone!! I found myself trying new things each month. I ended up losing 7lbs in the first week and 79 over the course of 9 months. That was 4 years ago and the weight has stayed off. I still order the food today, because of the value and quality. Before Nutrisystem I was spending around $12 a day just for lunch. With Nutrisystem I can get Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack and Dessert for under that!! I highly recommend this product to anyone!! Such a fantastic value and great food. If you are serious about losing weight give them a call and they will set you up. I am the first one to be skeptical about these things, but I can truly say this has changed my life!!
