As I can see from many other reviews, their customer service reps need ALOT of work! I placed my order with a few coupons figuring that it was a good way to try the program. Once I found out that if you don't place the second order they charge you all the money you saved, I opted to return the order. I packaged it up and sent it back via FedEx. A week later and nothing from them so I call. The rep (Alexa) said they never received it. I told her that FedEx says differently and I offer to send her the notification from FedEx. She says no, they didn't receive it and that's that. I ask to speak with a supervisor and she says no. Wth?! Anyway, after 5 minutes of asking to speak to someone she puts me on hold and when she returns she says even though they didn't receive my items (they did- unless the FedEx confirmation is a lie) they would refund me anyway. I then e-mailed them just to check because after arguing with the rep I didn't quite trust her. The e-mail states that it can take up to two billing cycles for you to receive the refund??!?! You took my money instantly but it can take two billing cycles?! This company's customer service practices need a lot of work. Now, I'm even hesitant to place an à la carte order. I don't trust them to deal with any problems or to charge the price that it might seem to be before you read the small print. I don't trust them and I can't deal with a company that I don't trust.
