I was transported to Jackson and back from Martin today. Johnathon -- not sure exactly how he spells it -- who was my return driver, was great.Also, for those not familiar with NWTHRA, the prices are outstanding. Just $15 for a round-trip ride to Jackson (about 100 miles) that I was able to schedule to meet my needs was awesome. HOWEVER -- and that's a BIG however -- if you want to have a chance of managing to book a ride, even if it's in-town here in Martin, you'll have to call AT LEAST a week ahead of time. However, in my experience, as of recently, callng just one week in advance isn't sufficient. The Internet would provide access to more people who need public transportation. It'd be easy to implement, too. Even if you DID have to call to actually book an appointment, it'd be so helpful to at least be able to check the availability of rides by date and time. All in all, at least small-town Martin has a public transportation system. It's affordable and reliable, IMO.

The reason why I am giving them a one star rating is because they told me that they would pick me up at 2:15 and have me to work by 2:30 and when I called them they have told me a different time that is the reason they got a one star from me

I am only giving one star be cause I have had some good drivers but u can only schedule a ride 3 days in advance.

Tried to get a ride to and from work whilenmy wife was in the hospital. They were of no help whatsoever. Only reason for one star is I can't give no stars.

Horrible people refuse to take anyone aywhere with excuses should be shut down.
