Nothing but positive things to say about Oakes Agency in Grand Haven. Sam is my insurance agent and is great. For example: a couple years ago I had a tree fall on my house at 2:00am. I didn't know what to do but decided reaching out to Sam immediately was in my best interest. Sam actually answered my phone call and helped me understand how to proceed with a claim. In a scary/stressful situation like this was, knowing she and the agency had my back (even in the MIDDLE of the night) was extremely comforting. Kim M. has also been a major help to me with extra curricular events I have needed to be insured and many other back end, clerical information that I need to run an event safely, smoothly and legally.10/10 would HIGHLY recommend Oakes Agency to anyone.
