i WOULD LIKE TO RESPOND TO THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM SAM WEERSTRA IN REGARDS TO HER SENSITIVE CARE OF MY INSURANCE NEEDS. ANYTIME I HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS SHE IS RIGHT ON TOP OF IT, CARING FOR ME AS IT WERE HER OWN NEEDS. i HOPE SHE ALWAYS REMAINS WITH OAKS SO I CAN ALWAYS RELY ON HER, AS I WILL ALWAYS FOLLOW HER. YOU HAVE A VERY SHARP AGENT IN SAM AND I LIKE THE FACT YOU ARE LOCAL AND EMPLOY SUCH CAPABLE AGENTS.

We've been with Oakes Agency for many years and was pleased with customer service until Pat, our agent, retired. We moved and getting a quote for our new home was impossible, never receiving promised phone calls from the new agent. Consequently, we obtained insurance from another agency, which apparently we'll have to do also with our auto insurance because of not receiving communication from the agent regarding questions I had asked regarding the insurance. Very disappointing after receiving great service from Oakes Agency for many years.

Had to share my latest experience with the Oakes Agency. I just changed my insurance for like the millionth time. Samantha Weerstra is so awesome. I picked up all my info from her. With about an hours notice I will add. And, she had everything ready as usual even faxing the proper documents to the SOS prior to me arriving. I have had my insurance with my car, home, motorcycles, and other items since moving here to GH last April. Sam has been a real delight to work with. I highly recommend you go to the Oakes Agency and give them a try! Please make sure you ask for Samantha Weerstra as she is the best agent you could ever ask for! Blue Skies!

Nothing but positive things to say about Oakes Agency in Grand Haven. Sam is my insurance agent and is great. For example: a couple years ago I had a tree fall on my house at 2:00am. I didn't know what to do but decided reaching out to Sam immediately was in my best interest. Sam actually answered my phone call and helped me understand how to proceed with a claim. In a scary/stressful situation like this was, knowing she and the agency had my back (even in the MIDDLE of the night) was extremely comforting. Kim M. has also been a major help to me with extra curricular events I have needed to be insured and many other back end, clerical information that I need to run an event safely, smoothly and legally.10/10 would HIGHLY recommend Oakes Agency to anyone.
