We've been with Oakes Agency for many years and was pleased with customer service until Pat, our agent, retired. We moved and getting a quote for our new home was impossible, never receiving promised phone calls from the new agent. Consequently, we obtained insurance from another agency, which apparently we'll have to do also with our auto insurance because of not receiving communication from the agent regarding questions I had asked regarding the insurance. Very disappointing after receiving great service from Oakes Agency for many years.
