She listens well, gives good advice, is knowledgeable on local markets and issues, and provides excellent support to ensure that you can make good decisions regarding your real estate transaction. She had a contract on my challenged house less than a month after it was listed, and chased all the details to make sure that the deal happened and I had nothing to worry about.
