We sold the home we had owned for 40 years. We met with and interviewed two real estate agents in depth. We could not agree on a selling price. After listing, she was aggressive and moved to market the property quickly and, as it turned out, very effectively. We the home under agreement within 3 weeks in the dead of winter.
