If you are getting involved in real estate, whether it be buying or selling, and Lauen Demerjian from Open Door Real Estate is your realtor, then fate and fortune has smiled down on you.Several years ago, we looked at a house listed as a short sale that was in a difficult situation (condition, septic failed, etc.). We initially contacted a realtor who was unfamiliar with the property, not well versed in short sales, and, it turned out, not too experienced. Then we met Lauren, and switched realtors right away. Mid-stream. What a difference! Lauren was there helping through the weeks and weeks of difficult negotiation, changing situations, and ongoing uncertainty. Without her, we undoubtedly would not have been able to successfully purchase the house that we live in now, and really enjoy on a daily basis.
