OSD Digital Agency conducted a comprehensive Digital Marketing "Health Check" for the Bush Hotel which we found to be very beneficial and helped identify and prioritise a course of action. The review and recommendations for our brand website, reputation management and digital marketing strategy were very actionable, everything was explained in straightforward terms during the onsite consultation. Graham was very approachable - we had lots of questions, all of which were answered with straightforward explanations which were easy to understand. As a follow-up to the review, he compiled a sheet of recommendations for action with suggested deadlines for these, which we found very useful and achievable. I manage online content for Mooney Boats Ltd, and when we came to OSD in early 2014 we had an online presence that was effectively non existent. We found ourselves in need of a new company to create two new websited from scratch. From the word go, OSD explained the issues we were having with our existing website and presented a clear, realistic road map on how to get our online presence where we need to be. At every stage of the process, OSD consulted with us to make sure that our new sites were developed exactly to our specification. Roll on 4 years and our e-commerce site is experienced significant growth year on year, not only in traffic but also in sales. In terms of support, OSD have been invaluable whether its been consulting with tweaks to our website or even just advice on GDRP implementation but the reality is that the websites OSD built for us are so solid we really haven't had any issues in the 4 years we have been working with them.I have also personally attended two training days in their office in Sligo which I found to be very informative and practically useful in my job. We we also have commissioned them to manage multiple Adwords campaigns which have both been very successful.Mooney Boats Ltd would not hesitate to recommend OSD for any of the services listed above.

We have worked with OSD since 2005 through both Campion Insurance and Bestquote.ie brokers group. In 2016 they redesigned the Campion Insurance website with a fresh responsive design and integrated our online booking engine to drive more direct sales. The results exceeded our expectations and since going live we have realised a significant increase in visitors and more importantly conversions.We also sought their advice on Digital Marketing with regards to improving our SEO and helping us setup funnels to track customer purchases via Google Adwords / Analytics. OSD have provided not only the web development but also hosting, advice, consultation & support services on various topics on internet / CMS User support and relaying their knowledge and experience throughout. A lot of our new business comes from referrals or sales enquiries through our website so having a responsive website was crucial. We needed good, clear, “calls to actions” on the site and an easier to navigate interface given the number of software services we provide. The OSD team couldn’t have been more helpful.
