I manage online content for Mooney Boats Ltd, and when we came to OSD in early 2014 we had an online presence that was effectively non existent. We found ourselves in need of a new company to create two new websited from scratch. From the word go, OSD explained the issues we were having with our existing website and presented a clear, realistic road map on how to get our online presence where we need to be. At every stage of the process, OSD consulted with us to make sure that our new sites were developed exactly to our specification. Roll on 4 years and our e-commerce site is experienced significant growth year on year, not only in traffic but also in sales. In terms of support, OSD have been invaluable whether its been consulting with tweaks to our website or even just advice on GDRP implementation but the reality is that the websites OSD built for us are so solid we really haven't had any issues in the 4 years we have been working with them.I have also personally attended two training days in their office in Sligo which I found to be very informative and practically useful in my job.
