Good morning-- Our trip was fantastic! Avalon went over and above. Did we have challenges, you bet, did they handle it with ease, you bet.We had to change ships (which meant repacking-no big deal), they transferred our luggage via luggage truck to the new ship. Essentially what happened was the ships (2) stayed put and the passengers changed. Water was so low, they had no choice. We didn't miss anything on tour that was promised. Sure maybe a little longer on a bus than anticipated but it certainly wasn't a big problem. The cruise director, Stefano, was unbelievable calm and handled everything with ease. Judy Davis took care of everything including our extended hotel reservations and driver to the airport without any problems -- so nice to know at the end of the trip when you are tired, everything goes without a hitch. The unbelievable part was that a refund of over $900. was posted to our credit card in less than a week (8/30) after arriving home. We spoke to several "Viking" clients who had the same water issue, and Viking was doing 0 for them. Avalon, Oswego Travel, & Judy Davis has our travel business in the future. We have used Oswego travel many times, and have had nothing but an outstanding experience from everyone there, We recently traveled on 'Da Bears to Punta Cana' trip they coordinated. The entire trip was even more wonderful than promised! The hotel we stayed in was exactly as described... and BETTER! The Chicago Bears portion of the trip was truly a cherry on the top!! We have even used Oswego Travel to plan a destination wedding. Patsy helped us with that. She was extremely helpful, providing good suggestions to get the best value for our money as well as things to avoid. We will continue to use Oswego Travel for all of our vacations!

I just booked an overseas trip with Patsy Harris and she was nothing short of phenomenal. Super friendly, attentive to detail, always available and most importantly she got us a great deal on everything from the airfare, car rental, hotel accommodations and tours. Very little back and forth, we told her what we wanted and she delivered! This was my first time working with an agency and I'll never go back to planning my own trips, I really can't recommend these guys enough!

I have used them in the past and they were great I used a travel agent named Linda and she was great. Linda has since retired so I tried I different agent and things didn't go well. She took all my info and said she would get back to me later. Its now been 2 months after she took her own vacation and I went back into to complain there's still been no communication since. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have the worst communication skills ever and no remorse for not calling or emailing people back. If you want to plan a vacation do it yourself or plan it taking them months to plan it for you. Worst travel agent's ever

My first ever business trip to China and I booked it with Oswego Travel. Patsy was my agent. I was worried sick about going so far and to such a foreign place. Patsy took her time with me, showed me all sorts of pictures of the area, told me personal stories of trips taken by her and her husband and even had one of the other girls come over to share thoughts and comments on the area. We talked about the route I needed to take, even the shots I needed to get into the country as it was my first time. She kept commenting on the panic in my eyes even though I was a full grown adult. She helped me secure a visa on short notice by suggesting that I actually go down to the visa office in Chicago instead of going through the mail. She was FANTASTIC! The date finally arrives for the trip and she calls me at home and amazingly, gives me her cell phone number just in case anything goes wrong on any leg of the trip. I mean, who does this?! Of course, there was no problem, the trip was perfect and Patsy and Oswego Travel have since been my absolute "go to" travel agent service ever since. They have never let me , my friends or the people I have sent their way down. A HUGE thumbs up for Patsy and Oswego Travel! Doing things right, the old school way. Love you guys!!

I have used oswego travel for many years. They are the best. I know when i book through them I will be well taken care of. Just recently I was checking out carnival cruises through the carnival website. When I found one I liked I called Oswego Travel and they were able to beat carnivals prices plus we got an upgrade on our cabin. We drove our motorhome to FL and Oswego Travel found a reasonably priced parking lot for it. They went above and beyond to see that our needs were met.
