I recently contacted corporate customer service to tell them about an employee in one of their Maryland stores who was very kind and helped me a lot. It sounded like they really appreciated my efforts to tell them. I hope they passed it on or gave that lady a bonus.

Hello, I visited this store after ordering online to pick up my order that was confirmed was there the Friday on 02/23/18. Sunday 02/25/18 I walked in and stood at the counter for a solid FIVE minutes before having to walk to the back of the store and ask one of the two young ladies that were unwrapping shoes for assistance. I told the young lady that I was there to pick up an order and she asked me in a rude tone "have you received an email stating that it was there now mind youI to confirm. But hey the young lady is following protocol she got tired of me having to fumble through 987 emails to find a confirmation number so she went to the back and got my shoes that were there..she then commenced to ask me if I wanted a bag or if a box was ok which I thought was the dumbest question ever you always bag your customers items and ask if they need any other assistance. Now my sister was also with me during this visit and found some shoes that we wanted to purchase these young ladies were still in the back we put the shoes on the counter and waited.. I waited so long I took out my phone and the phone read 3:02 it was one young lady "stocking" texting with her back to me and we stood there and literally watched her text the entire time we were standing there.... we weren't checked out until 3:08 which is a long time to me for someone who is supposed to be customer oriented and I was the first in line. Which brings me to my next issue I called customer service filled a formal complaint as was told that they cant guarantee that I would even get a response from anyone I left 2 phone numbers from someone other than a call center team lead representative to hear and solve my complaint. On Tuesday I called the store and asked for the District managers name and JD "or at least that's what he told me his name was" told me it was against the policy to release that information ok so I call your call center "which is fully committed to their patients and resolving issues and the call center representative even got an attitude with me. On Wednesday I called the store back and asked for the manager on duty a "Quentavious or at least that's what he told me his name was" told me that the district managers name was Jill or something to that nature as his tone was low and I thanked him and hung up the phone. Needless to say it is 03/03/18 a FULL week later and NO ONE has called me regarding this issue and that shows a lot of your company and the people you hire. A 6 MINTUTE TEXT MESSAGING CONVERSATION IS MORE IMPORTANT TTHAN TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! I EVEN HAVE PICTURES THAT I will not upload of this young lady with her back turned to the door texting and me just looking like a dummy until she got her point across to whomever she was texting. I called the call center again on FRIDAY AND THEY SAID THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND TO CALL BACK IN TWO HOURS AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY COULD DO. So, from someone who works in customer service a 1 star is 1 too many given that I have tried all avenues to handle this situation and nothing has come of it!!!I have yet to hear from a general manager or ANY MANAGER FOR THAT MATTER and to make matters worse you send me a measly 5.00 gift card and a very impersonal letter signed by a customer service representative. NOT A MANAGER!!!

I went into the store in Watauga Texas to buy some cute summery work shoes. I picked up a box marked $17.99. Another similar pair was $29.99 so the sales rep said she’d price check the More expensive ones. The box was marked was one of those huge tags with the price. She ripped it off the box and said no it’s 29.99. I looked at her and said did you just rip that off the box ? She said ya it was wrong. I said that’s not reallyThe customers fault you should honor the price advertised on the box ? I asked her to ask the manager. She asked the manager said tough. I walked out. What a horrible way to run a business and treat customers. I am now going to post my review everywhere I can.

I am at my wits end at this point. I ordered $130+ in shoes. Said shoes were shipped to a Kathy Houtz in PA, as I received her shipment of shoes. It took me 2 weeks and a very angry disposition to have said shoe resent to me. Let me indicate now that her shipment was picked up from me in less than 12 hours. It took twice as long for me to receive the second shipment, than it did the first, which was 3 days, and it was supposed to overnight fedx. The invoice inside the box, indicated that the cost was $81+. and it was minus a pair of tan moccasins. I am sure my account indicates this! With all this being said I, I am still missing a pair of shoes and or refund!!!! I have been a loyal client of the Gloucester, VA store and spend approximately $200-$300 every couple of months. I feel your customer service has been to say the least, every synonym for the word horrible!!! I work in retail and never in my life have I had to prove, follow-up and yell and scream to get what was and is rightfully mine. Also at this point I don't believe there is anything that your company can do to make this situation any better!!!! I guess now I can understand why your company is failing and closing stores!! I will do any and everything to bring this situation to whomever I can!! This is not a threat, this is irresponsibility on your part that, that you cannot take the time nor get a manager on the phone!!! I will climb the corporate ladder as high as I can get to make sure all involved are reprimanded or at the very least I get what is rightfully due me.

I made an order on Cyber Monday with a 50% off the entire store online. I attempted to buy 2 pair of shoes from them only to receive a processing email and nothing further at all. I've tried to contact their support via email and phone. Terrible business and I hope they go out of business.

For one it's,your company is not kind to men and boys. So few to select from.i feel like im being decermamted against for being a man. Plus all there ad's on t.v. shows girls and women. No men and maybe one to two boys. But they six for men and boys!

I believe you have done your Employees awful. I was checked out by a very cheerful very professional emloyee as she stood there with no one to relieve her, a line wrapped around the shelves, because you're closing and you didn't even bother to tell them till 2 days ago. If i would have been her i believe i would have called out and went job hunting. No wonder you are going out of business.

HORRIBLE customer service and I am pretty sure it is illegal to sell the same shoe twice. I placed an order on 6/28/17, as of today I still have not gotten any communication about why I have not received my order. After a LOT of time spent calling, emailing and trying to find my order, which is not showing up in the history on my account, I found out that the order it was sent back to the warehouse as undeliverable. I said great just contact the warehouse and have them resend it to the correct address listed in my account. They can not do that because instead of contacting me and re-sending the order that I had paid for they put the items back on the shelf and resold them. Customer service promised to call me back on Monday and again today, nothing from them. The only reason I know about the issue is that I have called several times. The emails I have sent have still not been responded to at all. Shoes are no longer available so I can not even reorder them, not to mention getting the great discounted price. I am so unhappy with this company that I have been using for years. They just lost a customer today and I will do my best to spread the word. Horrible customer service and illegal practices.

In Brampton at the Queen and Airport Store I had the rudest salesperson, Bobby. She told me that she was the manager which was a lie. She told me I was not allowed to keep my receipt upon a return. This is false. She should know she only needs to mark on the receipt that items were returned. Customer Service is a joke. I have had 4 different individuals contact me. They all send a generic letter. Calling them is even worse. They answer in an off shore call centre and one guy actually told me they don't offer customer service. BTW, in the States they filed for bankruptcy in April! Try writing to the CEO - W. Paul Jones.
