Adam & his colleagues were brought on board by my mother to help her leave a record of our family's roots, as well as, to share the story of her fascinating and well-lived life as a pioneer working career woman and dye in the wool New Yorker. The folks at Pennylane did an amazing job of collating all her stories, photo collections, byzantine details, etc. They created an amazing narrative with a terrific story arc. And it was all done to deadline and with a smile. Ultimately, and what matters most to me as a client, it is clear from the finished work that they cared deeply for both the quality of their efforts and most importantly for the true satisfaction and happiness of their client/s with their work. I can't say enough wonderful things about working with Adam and his team at Pennylane! Adam went above and beyond to intimately understand our vision for our physician testimonial video. He has this amazing creative ability to see projects through both you and your viewer's perspective. He made every effort to truly get to know our organization and the many physicians, patients, and staff that we filmed to strike gold with each shoot. He asked all the right questions and made everyone involved feel at ease. Throughout filming and production, he offered suggestions and solutions that I wouldn't have thought of and gave us a product that was incredibly impactful and that we are so proud of. The professionalism, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and thought that went into every step of the process was remarkable. I vetted many other companies before choosing Pennylane and am so grateful that I did - I would trust and choose Adam for every project.
