Adam & his colleagues were brought on board by my mother to help her leave a record of our family's roots, as well as, to share the story of her fascinating and well-lived life as a pioneer working career woman and dye in the wool New Yorker. The folks at Pennylane did an amazing job of collating all her stories, photo collections, byzantine details, etc. They created an amazing narrative with a terrific story arc. And it was all done to deadline and with a smile. Ultimately, and what matters most to me as a client, it is clear from the finished work that they cared deeply for both the quality of their efforts and most importantly for the true satisfaction and happiness of their client/s with their work.
