Le bar est vraiment magnifique et cosy.Pour les chambres, rien à dire. Elles sont spacieuses, bien équipées, propres. Le ménage est fait tous les matins et il est super bien fait.PAR CONTRE!Côté acceuil/bar/restaurant c'est une catastrophe ABSOLUE!Check-in digne du parcours du combattant, personnel très peu aimable. Service au bar d'une lenteur... J'ai cru être servi par des huîtres asthmatiques. J'ai failli devenir insultant avec le personnel du bar car on est traité avec un léger manque d'égard en permanence avec en bonus, un comportement souvent nonchalant et vraiment pas arrangeant. Chez eux, la moindre petite demande est "compliquée", même pour boire une bière 15 min avant la fermeture du bar.Un soir, 23h59, on nous dit clairement "non mais il va falloir remonter dans vos chambres car on ferme le bar et on ne veut personne qui traîne dehors ou dans les couloirs.C'est quoi cette ambiance digne d'une colonie de vacance?C'est vraiment dommage car je le répète, coté chambre vraiment rien à dire. Je rejoins un autre commentaire un peu plus bas, virez le personnel du bar et repartez de zéro.
