These people will truly show you what its like to experience southern hospitality. They are laid back and relaxed. But I loved how helpful they were. Rent a place to stay and also get free activities included in an app that made our trip effortless. We were placed at the Purple Parrot which was a great group of houses 1/4 mile from the beach.

Have never had a bad experience. I’ve stayed several times at the Purple Parrot, unit 21C. Looking forward to another great time!

Beware of the very outdated 38C Beachcomer Bliss in Purple Parrot Resort. Old Furniture. Mattress in Master feels like its going to hit the floor, Old DVD Player that barely works, Barely Basic Cable < yes I know Vacations should be more then watching TV and Movies but what if it rains and you have a house full of Kids? The Staff at Perdido Key Resort Management are awesome but some of these Condo House Owners are to cheap plain and simple.Old Coffee Machine. Old Blender. Dinning Room light that flickers so bad you can get Convoltions.Take it from me and pass this one up and rent another House.

We have booked with PKRM and stayed at Perdido Sun Condos for the last 4 years. Never had an issue until now. We most recently stayed at Perdido Sun Unit 308. First thing, the unit was not clean, and the air was not working. I finally called the manager at PRKM who told me he would send the maintenance person up to look at the air. We left for dinner before this happened. When we arrived back at the condo, the air was still running (hot) and there was a note that said the heat was on and it should cool down soon. If not, the A/C people would be out the next day. Never did I receive a follow up phone call from PKRM. The next morning we called because at this point the AC never cooled and never turned off. They finally sent someone up to clean up our condo, and then told me it wouldn't be until at least 5 pm before someone could look at the AC. Long story short, the coolant was empty, and needed refilling (because it was leaking). Needless to say we had cool air for the remainder of the week. I was more upset the manager didn't follow up with us. I will really have to think twice before booking with PKRM again.
