The whole process from check-in to departure is as effortless as falling asleep on the beach. Clean bright condos with stunning views and all the amenities required for our beach vacation! THANK YOU for phenomenal rates, attentive staff and dedication to customer service. I planning on being a repeat customer for years to come!

We stayed at the Beach Colony Resort at Perdido Key. It was the worst vacation experience we've ever had. Toilets were stained, there was black mold in the master shower, body odor and cr**ch rot smells coming from bathrooms and entryway, and the absolute worst bed and pillows I've ever tried to sleep on.The last night before leaving after a nice dinner, we come back and the key will not open the door. We woke the security guard who was no help. We called the numbers on the front of the building, no help. We drove to the realty office and tried those numbers, only an answering machine. Finally, we called a locksmith who was able to get us in by using the key and a credit card. This cost $125.In the morning when trying to head out, we realized we couldn't open the door from the inside! We ended up having to shimmy through a window to escape, along with all our luggage.The realty office manager emailed me saying they tried to call, but I have no trace of a call, phone works fine. Locksmith was able to call me... Anyway, they offered us what is about $100 after we paid for the locksmith to break into our unit. They don't seem to care at all.Will never go back and would suggest anyone beware this company.

We have booked our stay with Perdido Realty for several years. They are really great to deal with and they make our stays terrific. They take care of any problems that might arise, but there are usually no issues or problems to deal with. Just can not say enough good things about them. Michelle is awesome!

We have worked directly with Michele Stearns and her team who have always provided top notch customer service. Everything is always ready and waiting for us when we arrive at the Beach! The owner of Perdido Realty, Valerie Hawkins has personally followed up with us to ensure we had a great experience. I would recommend Perdido Realty if you are heading to the Perdido Key.
