Feedback:
I’ve been using Pest routes for the last few months and it’s been a pleasant experience with the customer support side. They are very prompt and respond to my questions. My previous software that I used was slow to respond to questions and feedback. So I would give them a 5 star on their customer support. However I am between a 3 and 4 star on some of the software features. Somethings that need to be fixed and would definitely create a five star review across-the-board. Most feedback is the experience with the tech app. Looking forward to communicating with Customer Support to offer suggestions and fix these features. I will update my review if these features are improved upon.
