Overall Feedback:

I would never recoomened this company. You have to pay rent electronically and sometimes it takes over a week to debit (so you have to constantly monitor your account). They have extremely high fees and expectations for move out. My property manager is extremely overbearing and they have the right to start showing your property 30 days prior to your lease expiration (meaning you are still occupying your residence). Now don’t get me wrong the property will be in decent shape... but remember, YOU DONT OWN IT!!! So don’t put yourself through the headache.
