I recommended this smaller Adults only hotel to my family who stayed in September '19. Very centrally located, taxis and bus service adjacent, many lovely restaurents to choose from locally, the beach is a few metres away and a beautiful promenade for walks, run, cycling or just to experience the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The decor is very modern and eclectic. No sea views but there are frontal rooms which do give u a distant sea and palm tree views, very pleasant. The staff are so friendly, informative and helpful. The rooms are serviced daily. And any client problems are solved very quickly. We socialised here in the evening in the relaxed frontal terraza, very enjoyable. Prices were good value, compared to other high end hotels, especialy the bed & breakfast option. My family so loved their quiet stay here in this hotel. And we will recommend it to people who want to be in the middle of everything yet can can enjoy the chill factor of the hotel and its pretty acompact leisure/pool area also. There is free WiFi zone, plus an area, like a small library with books, and computers to use for clients to relax in during their stay. Toilets ? are available, near the bar area, and are kept very clean. Lovely bar and a comfortable indoor seating area.

Star deduction was only for the small shower in the bathroom. People over 100kg do not fit in there or first lather and into the small shower;) where the faucet is in the way.Unfortunately, we did not get a normal double bed only two of the individual are put together but we will gladly come again.(Original)Schöne und saubere Hotel in der Zentrale Lage von Santa Ponca. Helle Räume mit großem Balkon. Der Berufsverkehr am Morgen hat uns nicht gestört und Frühstück war sehr lecker. Sterne Abzug gab es nur für die kleine Dusche im Badezimmer. Menschen über 100kg passen da nicht rein oder erst einseifen und rein in die kleine Dusche ;) wo der Wasserhahn im Wege steht.Leider haben wir kein normaler Doppelbett bekommen nur zwei einzelne die zusammengestellt sind aber wir kommen gerne wieder.

I’ve never had such an unsatisfying hotel experience. The staff was rude. There was no one to help with the luggage and no parking for the car. I’ve never heard “no” so many times from a hospitality trained staff. The “amenities” we’re bare bones. The sheets were scratchy and the towels hurt.

Excellent location right at the lovely beach with lots of restaurants and pubs really close. Bus stop and taxi rank right outside.||Rooms are very comfortable and breakfasts had a good variety. Cuban pub on site comfortable and a pleasant spot to relax.
