I’ve never had such an unsatisfying hotel experience. The staff was rude. There was no one to help with the luggage and no parking for the car. I’ve never heard “no” so many times from a hospitality trained staff. The “amenities” we’re bare bones. The sheets were scratchy and the towels hurt.
