Feedback:

The customer service was absolutely terrible. I disconnected my service after my bill had been going up and up every month. The prices are jacked up since they have a monopoly, and I had to pay for a landline in order to have internet, even though I didn't need one. After I disconnected, no one informed me I would be charged 90 dollars for the modem if I didn't return it in 30 days. I was charged for the full price and was told I could not return the modem because it has been over the time window. The ironic part is that at this point they still had not refunded me my deposit. Absolutely terrible company.
