Wish I could give less than one star. Beware if you are planning on using this company for any of the upcoming promotional holidays (Mother's, grads, Father's, etc.). Last year I placed an order over a month before Mother's Day. I contacted them a week before Mother's Day when I had not yet received my product to check on an update. They assured me that it would be shipped and to me by Mother's Day. Saturday night, when it still had not arrived, I was forced to scramble. I called them on Monday morning and the woman I spoke with said she didn't know why I hadn't received it yet... 1 hour later I received an email saying that a FedEx shipping label had been created that Monday. I immediately called them and said to just cancel the order because I didn't want Mother's Day promotional items for the week after Mother's Day! She said if I didn't want the product to just return it and I would receive a refund. I told her that if she would lie to me about when she shipped the items how could I trust her that she would refund me. I held onto those stupid things for a year and will be giving them out this Mother's Day. That order was the last I will ever give Positive Promotions.
