For 6 years I have ordered the yearly 'ACADEMIC MONTHLY PLANNER"! Each year my Teachers and Staff look forward to receiving their copy. Not only is it a great planner, but a useful and important resource of valuable information that can be used at one's finger tip! Thanks for a job well done! I have already purchased the 2018-2019 planner and looking forward to 2019-2020! Keep up the GREAT work and reasonable prices!

Wish I could give less than one star. Beware if you are planning on using this company for any of the upcoming promotional holidays (Mother's, grads, Father's, etc.). Last year I placed an order over a month before Mother's Day. I contacted them a week before Mother's Day when I had not yet received my product to check on an update. They assured me that it would be shipped and to me by Mother's Day. Saturday night, when it still had not arrived, I was forced to scramble. I called them on Monday morning and the woman I spoke with said she didn't know why I hadn't received it yet... 1 hour later I received an email saying that a FedEx shipping label had been created that Monday. I immediately called them and said to just cancel the order because I didn't want Mother's Day promotional items for the week after Mother's Day! She said if I didn't want the product to just return it and I would receive a refund. I told her that if she would lie to me about when she shipped the items how could I trust her that she would refund me. I held onto those stupid things for a year and will be giving them out this Mother's Day. That order was the last I will ever give Positive Promotions.

Positive Promotions has something for everyone! Last year, we were late (or so we thought) ordering gifts for our staff. I shared this with the account representative as I was placing the order (without selecting "RUSH" delivery) and the products came RIGHT ON TIME!! I have used Positive Promotions on several occasions. The wide variety of amazing products is great! Not to mention that all of the customer service reps I have spoken to or emailed are highly professional in how they treat their customers and they really do whatever it takes to find you the perfect product for your request. I definitely recommend that Positive Promotions be kept on the top of the list for your next event!

Placed an order almost a month ago. No email or phone notifications. Not shipped. Had to reach out to company to get items shipped almost a month later. Ordered before and never a problem. Customer service offered no reason for delay or no notification. Frustrated that this company won't communicate delays on shipping when items are time sensitive.
