Placed an order almost a month ago. No email or phone notifications. Not shipped. Had to reach out to company to get items shipped almost a month later. Ordered before and never a problem. Customer service offered no reason for delay or no notification. Frustrated that this company won't communicate delays on shipping when items are time sensitive.
