Liked the girl that was doing my hair, Jessica, however the front desk would always try to over charge me and were just generally really rude, Jessica would always have to come over and correct them to charge me the appropriate amount....for example charging me for full highlights instead of partial highlights when I was just filling in my roots and I have short hair....the last and most recent time I went in they tried to just tell me Jessica's prices went up (after of course), however the prices listed on the website were the same and you would think she would let the clients know before hand if prices really did go up....jessica was already with another client so I asked to speak to a manager and they told me she didnt have time to talk....tbh im a little upset that Jessica wouldnt have told the front desk in the first place about what she was doing to my hair and made sure it matched up with what the front desk planned to charge me, so I wouldnt have to keep dealing with this nonsense....I asked if they could have her call me when "she did have time" but I never received a phone call... I will no longer go to this salon anymore, there are plenty in this area to go to and not have to deal with snotty front desk staff and the general lack of communication between staff

First time at this location and I am so in love with my hair! Kati, my stylist was so welcoming, easy to talk to and my hair is so perfect with minimal instruction- which I appreciate very much! Will definitely be a regular of hers!

Loved this place all around a wonderful experience. Nieces wedding, we needed hairdoos, make up, eyelashes.... Amazing job, beautiful hair, makeup and the lashes wao. Shame they are kind of far from my home or I'll be going there all the time. While I was there I saw some ladies get some beautiful highlights and a granny getting a haircut blowout.. the staff is super friendly and fun.

Absolutely obsessed with this location! I’ve been seeing Rob since April or May and he is amazing. We have been working on a red band in my hair and he has taken the time to really work with me and my hair. I also love that all the stylists work together to make sure you love your hair. It’s a team effort!

I found this place on instagram, there were a lot of beautiful pictures of hair done by Jessica Hoang. I immediately sent her a message and she replied right away. I went there and got my hair done by her, I absolutely love it. She was very professional, patient and funny. She gives a lot of advice depending on your face shape, skin, ways of keeping your hair health and etc. I could tell she knew what she was doing and that she really has a passion for it. I love the color and the cut. She is my new hairstylist, I will definitely return to see Jessica.

In area visiting a friend. Took chance, hated my hair color and was in super need get my hair fixed. I live in Dover Delaware, everyone here messed up my hair, went to see Rob, he was AMAZING! took time to discuss and make sure I got exactly what I was asking for. Worth 2.5 hr drive I’ll be back for sure!! THANK YOU! Found my new stylist. Finally!!

Nargees is AWESOME. She’s super talented, listens to you, gives suggestions and is up on all of the styles and trends. Her cuts, colors and blow outs are amazing. I’ve been all over PA, VA and DC looking for a stylist and I’m so grateful to have found Nargees. She’s amazing!! Visit her at PR. You will be so glad you did!

I live in Vienna, Va and am beyond willing to drive all the way to Belmont for a fantastic haircut. And yes, the whole family comes here. I also recommend everyone and their mother go here. Probably not the wisest thing to do since it will gobble up their availability but everyone deserves to have amazing hair.
