Liked the girl that was doing my hair, Jessica, however the front desk would always try to over charge me and were just generally really rude, Jessica would always have to come over and correct them to charge me the appropriate amount....for example charging me for full highlights instead of partial highlights when I was just filling in my roots and I have short hair....the last and most recent time I went in they tried to just tell me Jessica's prices went up (after of course), however the prices listed on the website were the same and you would think she would let the clients know before hand if prices really did go up....jessica was already with another client so I asked to speak to a manager and they told me she didnt have time to talk....tbh im a little upset that Jessica wouldnt have told the front desk in the first place about what she was doing to my hair and made sure it matched up with what the front desk planned to charge me, so I wouldnt have to keep dealing with this nonsense....I asked if they could have her call me when "she did have time" but I never received a phone call... I will no longer go to this salon anymore, there are plenty in this area to go to and not have to deal with snotty front desk staff and the general lack of communication between staff
