Feedback:

Horrible experience! Total scam artists. Do NOT trust your business to these frauds. They are incredibly incompetent and will overcharge you every opportunity they get. We worked with Clarence for a 10,000 piece direct mail job. He seems to not be able to get anything right and refuses to pay attention to the little things. They ignore your job details and quote whatever they want, only to try to overcharge you later on. Their emails don't even specify a person, only a "group" of people... so you never actually know who you're communicating with. It is mind-blowing how incompetent this company is, and how they attempt to rip off their customers. Their numerous negative reviews tell it all. Beware!

Feedback:

Very high end printer. Important employer in the town?. They respect their employees and they get the job done.

Feedback:

Innovative tactile marketing

Feedback:

I can't emphasize emphasize enough that if you are not using PFL you are most likely doing it wrong. They've met or beat every deadline I've had, and the product is always of phenomenal quality. The customer service is excellent. I've contemplated inviting all of the reps I've dealt with to my birthday party. Still might.

On Wednesday, October 2, 2019, I spoke to Kim Parker, Silver Team representative. Together, we outlined my needs for 200 certificates. We discussed sizing, matting, logo, and that the names of the recipients on the certificates would be forwarded to the company when the nomination process was completed. She said it would not be a problem and that her team would do a mock up of a certificate. Kim was kind, professional and informative throughout the process. On Wednesday evening, Kim forwarded me the contract. On Thursday morning, 10/3/10, I signed the contract with my billing address and credit card information, and sent the contract via email.Thursday afternoon, 10/3/19, I received a voicemail from aPFL employee who asked to call the company to discuss the logo and border. This employee's message was garbled, but it sounded as though her name was Sloan or Lone. (it was difficult to ascertain her name)I returned her call. She informed me the company did not charge me for the printing of each individual name for the certificates on the contract, even though I have the contract's pricing, and I signed the contract. In addition, Kim Parker, the representative, spoke to me and agreed to have each name individually printed just the day before. This new representative was rude, unprofessional, and lacked any ounce of kindness. When I explained this was part of my conversation the day before with Kim who assured me the names would be individually printed on the certificates, she never apologized for THEIR mistake and misquote. Without missing a beat when I told her I was going to cancel this order and all future orders for our organization her reply was simply, "Ok!" I've never dealt with a person who just didn't care about the service she was offering or her obligation and contract to follow through with an order/service.I will update if this is resolved.

Feedback:

BUYER BEWARE! Our grassroots group hired PFL to print and send out 15,000 EDDM postcards and many members of our group in different zip routes never received their postcards.PFL calls itself a "full-service mailing house" on its website. IT IS NOT. PFL contracts out delivery to the USPS, and has NO WAY OF TRACKING DELIVERIES TO HOUSES. And when we tried to contact the Red Team/"Customer Service" about our missing deliveries (almost half of our order...) we were ignored, yelled at and told there was nothing they could do.PFL's promotes their 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and it is anything but 100%... it is conditional and they could care less if their customers are satisfied with their order. Only after our group pressed PFL for information, we discovered that 3 zip routes didn't even make it to the post office from PFL! They could tell us this because all they do is track the bulk deliveries that leave PFL and arrive at the USPS. Once the item is delivered to the post office, PFL takes no responsibility for.I have NEVER dealt with a company so poorly managed with such horrendous "customer service" as PFL. And if Sara or Bethany is on your account, run away! I would not recommend PFL to my worst enemy. (ok, maybe THE VERY WORST enemy...) Learn from our experience and find someone else for your project, you will save yourself many headaches and possibly some money.
