With the opening our second (swah-rey), a dessert bar, we chose the experts in signage and branding.Our lit outdoor sign is stunning and viewable from more than a block away. Our “blade sign” that hangs perpendicular to the building, catches the eye of people as the are walking by the dozens of storefronts - we stand out amongst dozens of other businesses.With a new business, cost is always a big consideration - but, do yourself a favor...hire the pros at Priority 1 Sign! The return on investment was clear after just one week of sales!Our storefront looks like what it is - a well thought out and put together brand. Priority 1 Signs is one of the best companies to work with. They handle all of our needs nationwide which is ideal for us as we have locations everywhere! It's so nice being able to send them en email with an address and 24 hours later to have a proof ready to send for approval. They're always timely and Sherry and Bill are such a pleasure to work with. They really go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to the highest quality and exceeds our expectations.

Unfortunately we have experienced costly and lengthy delays with this company, which refuses to take action to complete a job four months after taking a deposit from us. They will blame it on the permitting process, but the truth is they just have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Our permit was issued almost three weeks ago. They promise week after week that the sign will go up, but it never does. We don't like having to post negative reviews about companies, but we are getting nowhere with anyone at this company. We are hoping this gets resolved in the immediate future to avoid having this escalate any further, but so far the response has not been good.
