Unfortunately we have experienced costly and lengthy delays with this company, which refuses to take action to complete a job four months after taking a deposit from us. They will blame it on the permitting process, but the truth is they just have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Our permit was issued almost three weeks ago. They promise week after week that the sign will go up, but it never does. We don't like having to post negative reviews about companies, but we are getting nowhere with anyone at this company. We are hoping this gets resolved in the immediate future to avoid having this escalate any further, but so far the response has not been good.
