Horrible experience! If I could give 0 stars I would! I contacted promotion choice on Oct 19 for an Oct 27th event. In the first round of correspondence they asked me what the latest possible day I could receive the product was, and I told them what day the event was on.The product was shipped via FedEx ground (3-5 day delivery time, not guaranteed) on October 23rd, though I was not notified that it had been shipped until I called promotion choice to ask on Oct. 26. I did not receive my order until Monday, Oct 29, after the event had passed. I called promotion choice looking for a refund and they said they would file a claim with FedEx and reimburse me if the claim was honored. FedEx required me to wait 30 days before I could find out, at which point I discovered that fedex does not guarantee ground shipping at all! I called promotion choice to get my refund directly from them and eventually got on the phone with the co-owner Jit Tao, who attempted to blame ME! After wasting an entire work day trying to get my money back I was offered "$40 in store credit" and only after threatening to write a review on the BBB did they finally offer 50% of my money back. As a result of Jit Tao's rudeness, I continued to post the complaint on BBB. The following day, Mr. Tao took away my refund entirely. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
