We ordered 350 balloons for a celebration at our church. Though there was some confusion with shipping costs (since we ordered half blue and half white), Promotion Choice worked with us and our balloons looked great! We were glad that we worked with them and will certainly keep them in mind for any future events. Thanks!

I just placed an order, for 1000 balloons that are 2 different colors, with opposite ink on each customized print. The representative I spoke to was Jenn. She was GREAT! she made my experience so easy and took the time to make sure my request was handle efficiently, and even walked me through placing my order online, confirming information as we spoke. Thank you Jenn for all your help! Our company will DEFINITELY be ordering from Promotion Choice in the future!

I ordered promotional lip balms and they turned out beautifully. There was a problem with my order, but customer service is amazing, and they resolved printing issue within lightning speed. Their turn around and printing is really fast and quality is outstanding. My clients love these lip balms!

We ordered some beachballs for our company event in December in Florida. I travel to and from India and the US for work very frequently and don't have alot of time. But ordering from Promotion Choice was so easy. The step-by-step guide online was a breeze and I just uploaded my artwork. After that, I just exchanged 1 or 2 emails approving my proof and it was done. The product delivered in less than a week after my last communication with them. I was simply amazed, it was like magic! And I even got calls from my colleagues saying how great the beachballs look and that they really gave life to the event up our event. This was overall a wonderful idea and I just wanted to Thank Promotion Choice for making me look good! 5 stars all around - price, service, promptness, quality!

We ordered water bottles with a business logo on November 21st, on the website and in the confirmation email it clearly stated they would be delivered December 4th. It is now December 8th and when I emailed about the status of delivery, they responded they hadn't put them into production yet, and the earliest they could get them delivered would be December 15th. Poor customer service and very unprofessional business.

I was a little concerned that they were priced so much lower than other websites but took the chance and they are great!!! Church logo looks perfect of the cups...best trunk or treat giveaway ever!!! Shipping was very fast and communication with art work people was very easy!!!
