We ordered water bottles with a business logo on November 21st, on the website and in the confirmation email it clearly stated they would be delivered December 4th. It is now December 8th and when I emailed about the status of delivery, they responded they hadn't put them into production yet, and the earliest they could get them delivered would be December 15th. Poor customer service and very unprofessional business.
